To provide a faster and better service we are introducing a new IT HelpDesk to send your request to us. Please use this system to make your requests instead of sending emails or calling our staff. During working hours of weekdays, we will try to attend your request within 24 hours. It may take more time during evenings and weekends.

Send your Request

If you need our support, please click on Open a New Ticket, select your issue and provide the required information as much as possible. Once you submit your request, we will send you an email with a Ticket number.

Please send your request to create new Kelani Mail/WiFi accounts to the Director, ICT Centre (dictc@kln.ac.lk) through the relevant HoD and Supervisor (only for Research Students) with the information indicated below.
